How long will it take to set up?
We will need approximately 45-60 minutes to set up the party and the same to pack up and remove equipment. Please take this into account when booking venue times.
How much space do I need?
This will depend on what equipment you will be booking; we can confirm this along with your booking confirmation but please note it is the Hirer’s responsibility to check to ensure that there will be adequate space for the play equipment.
Is there a security deposit?
A security deposit of will need to be held with your booking, this will be returned in full within 5 working days of collection, following a satisfactory inspection of the equipment and the total amount due will be confirmed at the point of booking.
Are there any playing rules?
There are a few rules that must be followed to protect your little ones from injury and the equipment from damage. Please ensure these are adhered to at ALL times.
Is there a delivery fee?
A dynamic delivery charge will occur which depends on factors such as Distance, time of delivery/collection and tariffs/taxes (if venue is within Birmingham clean air zone for example).
